These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lose Now application ("App") provided by Futuron Inc ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Lose Now is an AI-powered diet coaching app that provides calorie tracking, food photo analysis, restaurant menu scanning, and conversational diet coaching. The App is designed for informational and general wellness purposes only.
The App does not provide medical advice. All nutritional information, calorie estimates, and diet recommendations are generated by AI and are approximate. You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet or weight loss program. We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on the App's output.
Lose Now offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
The App offers 5 free messages before a subscription is required for continued use. Menu scanning is available exclusively to subscribers.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate nutritional estimates and diet advice. These are approximations and should not be relied upon as precise measurements. Calorie and macro estimates may vary from actual values.
You retain all rights to photos and information you provide to the App. By using the photo analysis features, you grant us permission to send your photos to third-party AI services for processing. Photos are not stored on our servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health-related outcomes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
